Sustainable Growth (SG) Roadmap

Real change and enduring transformation - at the individual, team, and organizational level - requires a lasting commitment. We therefore only work with clients committed to investing the time and resources necessary to take their organization to the next level. Before partnering with a new client, we invest in a three to six month process designed to foster relationships with senior leadership and promote a deep understanding of a client's business issues.

If there is a clear, mutual fit, we begin a three-year engagement. Following a comprehensive needs analysis, we design and deliver a customized intervention drawing from both foundational and optional engagement tracks. The foundational tracks represent areas we feel have the greatest leverage for helping mid-market companies achieve sustainable growth. Throughout the intervention, we then consistently reassess our client's needs and adapt accordingly.
